Privacy notice

What we keep

• Your Telegram id, username, first name, language, and when you were last active

• The prompts you send, the settings used, a fingerprint (hash) of each image and its safety-check scores

• The images and clips you make, in this chat and on the website, so My images on the website always has them: a full-size copy and a small preview in our storage (encrypted, in the EU), kept until you delete them there or delete your account, or we take one down. Only you can see them there. For a chat image we also keep Telegram's reference to the copy in your chat, so the buttons under it keep working and a clothed one can be shared by typing @EmberVeilAIBot elsewhere. A clothed website image also has a copy in our private Telegram channel (18+ images and clips have not gone there since 4 October 2026). Delete removes all of these, except a copy in that channel that is more than two days old, which Telegram does not let us remove; the prompt and its safety scores stay, as for every image

• Images and clips you made in the chat of our earlier bot (before October 2026): we keep a private copy so they stay in My images on the website. Only you can see them there, and Delete in My images removes them

• Images you choose to share: when you send one to the members' group, suggest it for the channel or share it into another chat, a watermarked copy is kept in our private archive so the same copy can be reused, and an image featured on the channel is also shown on our website. An image you share to the members' group may also be picked for the community gallery in the studio: a watermarked copy is kept on our server and shown only to people who have confirmed they are 18 or over, until you remove it (the message telling you it was picked has a Remove button) or delete it. An image or clip you share from the studio goes to its Community tab: a watermarked copy is kept on our server and shown to people who have confirmed they are 18 or over (inside Telegram only clothed ones), straight away for a clothed one and after our check for an 18+ one, until you remove it (Share, then Remove) or delete it, or we take it down. People who have not logged in see the newest few only as small, heavily blurred previews in which nothing can be made out. An image you share to the members' group or suggest for the channel may be posted on our social media accounts, such as X, only if you say yes when we ask you about that image (see terms): we then make a larger copy of it with our watermark and keep that copy with our posts until you take your yes back, which also takes the posts down

• Your credit history and purchases (crypto order ids and amounts — never card details), and referrals

• Reports, feedback and safety events (blocked prompts, strikes, bans)

What we don't keep

• Photos of you — the bot refuses uploads entirely

Why
To run the service, keep it safe and lawful, prevent abuse, and improve what we offer.

Who else sees data
The image provider gets your prompt to render it (no account details). The payment processors handle Telegram Stars and crypto payments. Our storage providers keep your images and clips for us, encrypted, in the EU: OVHcloud (Germany) and a backup copy at Backblaze (the Netherlands). Authorities, if the law requires.

How long
Account and credit data while your account exists. Prompts and safety events are kept to prevent abuse and meet legal duties.

Your choices
Ask for a copy or deletion of your data with the Report button in the bot or /delete. Deletion removes your account, credits and images (a copy in our private Telegram channel more than two days old stays there); abuse records may be kept where the law requires.

Website cookies and analytics
If you accept in the cookie bar on emberveilstudio.com, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies on your device (_ga and _ga_QL6E2FGJ8W, kept up to 2 years) and receives the pages you visit, your device and browser type and your rough location, which Google processes for us. Advertising features are off, and nothing from the bot (such as your Telegram id) is sent to Google. If you say no, nothing is loaded.
