Privacy notice

What we keep

• Your Telegram id, username, first name, language, and when you were last active

• The prompts you send, the settings used, a fingerprint (hash) of each image and its safety-check scores

• Your credit history and purchases (crypto order ids and amounts — never card details), and referrals

• Reports, feedback and safety events (blocked prompts, strikes, bans)

What we don't keep

• Your images — sent to you and not stored by us. We keep only Telegram's reference to the copy in your chat, so the buttons under an image (Same person, Variation, Upscale) keep working later and clothed images can be shared by typing @EmberVeilStudioBot elsewhere; /delete removes those references

• Photos of you — the bot refuses uploads entirely

Why
To run the service, keep it safe and lawful, prevent abuse, and improve what we offer.

Who else sees data
The image provider gets your prompt to render it (no account details). The payment processors handle Telegram Stars and crypto payments. Authorities, if the law requires.

How long
Account and credit data while your account exists. Prompts and safety events are kept to prevent abuse and meet legal duties.

Your choices
Ask for a copy or deletion of your data with the Report button in the bot or /delete. Deletion removes your account and credits; abuse records may be kept where the law requires.
