1 · Adults only
You must be 18 or older and of legal age where you live. We may ask you to confirm this.

2 · What the bot does
It turns your text into AI-generated images, including adult content, for your personal use.

3 · Never allowed
Anyone under 18, in any style. Real, identifiable people. Animals, corpses, family members, non-consent, extreme violence or hate. Uploading or transforming real photos.
Attempts are logged; repeat attempts end in a permanent ban.

4 · Your images
Use them for lawful personal purposes. Every image is labelled AI-generated — do not remove the label or present one as a real photo.

5 · Credits
Prepaid usage, not money; not refundable except when a render fails on our side (refunded automatically). Free daily credits are a gift and can change or stop at any time.

6 · Availability
Provided as is. We may change, pause or stop features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7 · Reports
Tap under any image or use the Report button in the bot, or email support@emberveilstudio.com. A human reviews every report; unlawful content is removed within 48 hours. Legal and takedown notices: legal@emberveilstudio.com.

8 · Law
Governed by the laws of the United States. Changes take effect when posted here.
